DRONE VOLT issues share subscription warrants for €616,170
On July 2, 2026, DRONE VOLT, a manufacturer of professional civilian drones, announced the issuance of 7,050,000 share subscription warrants (BSA) for a gross amount of €616,170. This issuance, without preferential subscription rights for existing shareholders, targets specific investors, including partners and company executives, to support its growth.
The warrants are set to be issued on June 29, 2026, and may be exercised from August 3, 2026, to May 4, 2031. The exercise price is €0.56 per share. These warrants could result in a maximum dilution of 9.1% of DRONE VOLT's current share capital if all warrants are exercised.
The warrants are not initially listed, but an application for listing may be filed in the future. The transaction does not require a prospectus approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
