DRONE VOLT and Tonner Drones Seal Agreement on Azur Drones' Assets

DRONE VOLT, a leader in professional civilian drones, has signed a binding deal with Tonner Drones on acquiring Azur Drones' assets. Azur Drones is known for autonomous surveillance drones in civilian and military applications. A new company, Azur Drones, will manage the assets, now indirectly owned by DRONE VOLT through its subsidiary, InAirTech.

This agreement includes an industrial and commercial partnership leveraging the Drone in a Box system. DRONE VOLT gains exclusive commercial rights outside Europe and becomes the sole supplier to major clients.

The partnership aims to enhance the Drone in a Box solution by integrating KOBRA AI drones. This strengthens DRONE VOLT's position in the international civilian markets, with a projected drone market growth from over one billion euros to more than six billion euros by 2034.
