Dr. Stefan Tweraser Appointed as CEO of ZEAL Network SE
On July 3, 2025, ZEAL Network SE announced the appointment of Dr. Stefan Tweraser as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 15, 2025. Dr. Tweraser will join the company as a Management Board member starting August 25, 2025. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Rocket Factory Augsburg AG and held significant positions at Google, Telekom Austria, and McKinsey, highlighting his extensive leadership experience in digital, technology, and consulting sectors.
Dr. Tweraser will succeed Dr. Helmut Becker, who decided in March not to extend his contract. Dr. Becker will step down from his role on September 14, 2025, and continue as a consultant until January 2026.
