Dr. Ruben Shiffman Increases Stake in Greenland Resources

Dr. Ruben Shiffman has announced a series of transactions acquiring securities in Greenland Resources Inc. Through these ordinary-course market purchases, he now holds 20,006,267 common shares, comprising 14.8% of Greenland Resources' issued shares on an undiluted basis and 15.2% on a partially diluted basis. His holdings include 14,729,800 shares directly and 5,276,467 via 2240882 Ontario Inc., his wholly-owned company.

Dr. Shiffman, a director and minority shareholder of Shiffoil Inc, a private Canadian company, further holds 7,763,672 shares through Shiffoil, representing about 5.7% of the company's shares. Combined, Shiffman and Shiffoil hold 27,769,939 shares, equating to around 20.5% and 20.9% on an undiluted and partially diluted basis, respectively.
