Douglas AG Appoints New CEO as Part of Management Transition

Douglas AG's Supervisory Board has appointed Jean-Marc Bellaiche as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 November 2026. This decision marks a significant leadership transition as Alexander van der Laan steps down from the Management Board. Mr. van der Laan, who will retire from active management, agreed with the Supervisory Board to resign by 31 October 2026.
