DONTNOD Strengthens its Board of Directors
January 14, 2026 – Independent video game developer DON'T NOD announced a change to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Nicolas Vienot. Replacing Julie Chalmette, Vienot, 46, has been offered the role of Independent Director. His nomination will be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting.
Nicolas Vienot, a partner at Alloy Technology Partners, has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. He has led numerous international financial projects, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, he founded the Gaming department at Alantra.
Oskar Guilbert, CEO of DON'T NOD, affirms that Vienot's expertise in finance and strategy will support the company's sustainable growth. The Board now comprises four members, thereby strengthening its decision-making capabilities.
