Documents required for the GROUPE JAJ General Meeting

The company GROUPE JAJ has published an official request for the sending of documents relating to its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026. This request concerns shareholders holding registered shares within the group.

Shareholders are invited to fill in a form, acknowledging receipt of the documents provided for in Article R.225-81 of the Commercial Code, and to request the sending of additional documents relating to the meeting, as stipulated in Article R.225-83.

The option of a single request for the automatic sending of these documents for each future meeting is also provided for. This requires a specific entry on the initial request, in accordance with Article R.225-88 of the French Commercial Code.
