CROSSWOOD announced that the documents relating to its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for June 18, 2025, are now available. Shareholders can consult them on the company's website, in the section dedicated to regulated information, under the heading "General Meeting." These documents are also available at CROSSWOOD's registered office, located at 8 rue de Sèze in Paris.
In accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code, the documents are available to shareholders and can also be obtained via CIC's Meetings Department. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO on May 14, 2025.
