DMS Group: Liquidity contract with Natixis Oddo BHF
Diagnostic Medical Systems (DMS), a specialist in medical imaging, has established a liquidity contract with Natixis Oddo BHF SCA starting May 7, 2025. This contract, for a renewable period of one year, aims to stimulate the market for its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Paris.
The agreement complies with current regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01, and follows the AMAFI Code of Ethics. The resources deployed include 150,000 shares and €50,000. The contract may be suspended under certain conditions, such as a price exceeding the intervention thresholds.
Diagnostique Medical Systems has the option to terminate the contract at any time, while Natixis Oddo BHF has two weeks' notice to do so.
