Restructured governance within DLSI SA
DLSI SA Group has announced a change in its governance with a restructuring of its Executive Board. Raymond Birchen's term as a member of the Executive Board ended following the Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2026. Anne-Marie Rohr, the current Group General Secretary, has been appointed as a member of the Executive Board for a three-year term, until the Annual General Meeting in 2029. She will also retain her current responsibilities. The Supervisory Board commended Raymond Birchen's contribution to the Group's expansion.
The Executive Board now consists of Thierry Doudot, Chairman, and Anne-Marie Rohr. Furthermore, Anne-Marie Rohr has resigned from her position as Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, and Patrick Glebocki has been appointed to assume this role. The Board also includes Jean-Marie Nantern, Xavière-Allison Jacquin, and Jean-Guillaume Royer.
