DKSH Expands in Australia and New Zealand with Invita Acquisition

DKSH has announced its acquisition of Invita (NZ) Limited and Invita Australia Pty Limited, enhancing its presence in the food and beverage sector in New Zealand and Australia. The move solidifies DKSH's position in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in the dairy and nutritional segments.

Founded in 1988, Invita has established a robust presence as a distributor of specialty ingredients, generating over CHF 50 million in sales. This acquisition allows DKSH to leverage Invita's extensive market experience and customer relationships for further growth.

Mike Johnson from Invita expressed optimism, highlighting the opportunity to strengthen market standing and expand within life sciences. DKSH executives echoed enthusiasm for the integration, targeting further expansion opportunities. The transaction is expected to conclude by early 2026, subject to customary conditions.
