DKSH Acquires Rocephin® from Roche in Expansion Strategy

DKSH Management Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Rocephin® from Roche, expanding its Healthcare Own Brands portfolio. The transaction covers over 80 markets, including regions in Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Rocephin®, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, is a strong fit for DKSH’s strategy focused on higher-value segments.

The acquisition follows the purchase of Meliane® from Bayer, reflecting DKSH's intent to strengthen its pharmaceutical offerings. Rocephin®, valued at CHF 61 million in net sales for 2025, complements DKSH’s existing market presence and commercial reach. DKSH's Head of Business Unit Healthcare, Patrik Grande, emphasized the acquisition as pivotal for the company's anti-infective offerings.
