Digi Power X Secures $19.6 Million AI Revenue Contract

Miami-based AI infrastructure operator, Digi Power X Inc., has announced a significant 24-month GPU rental agreement with SubQ AI. This contract, valued at approximately $19.6 million, signifies the launch of Digi Power X's NeoCloudz bare metal GPU-as-a-Service platform. The agreement provides SubQ AI exclusive access to cutting-edge NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs starting May 15, 2026.

Digi Power X will leverage its vertically integrated infrastructure, offering robust GPU services through its proprietary data center. The center is engineered to Rated 3 standards, ensuring reliability through redundant utilities and advanced cooling systems.

A $2.95 million upfront payment marks the initial phase of this partnership, with Digi Power X set to expand its customer base and infrastructure. This collaboration aims to foster long-term growth and establish Digi Power X as a leading player in AI infrastructure services.
