Diamcor Mining Update: Security Discharged and AGM Extension

Diamcor Mining Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, announced a significant development concerning its financial dealings with Tiffany & Co. Canada. As of February 6, 2026, Tiffany has agreed to release Diamcor from all security and indebtedness related to its outstanding credit facilities. This agreement also terminates the existing off-take arrangement between the two parties.

In addition to resolving financial obligations, Diamcor has received an extension from the British Columbia Registrar of Companies for holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting. The new deadline is June 30, 2026, allowing the company additional time to organize and conduct the meeting.
