DMS Group Appoints Bpifrance Investissement to Its Board

DMS Group, specializing in high-performance medical imaging systems, announced the appointment of Bpifrance Investissement to its Board of Directors. This decision was approved unanimously during the Annual General Meeting held on June 15, 2026. Bpifrance's representation aligns with commitments from a capital increase in August 2025, aimed at accelerating the Imaging 2027 plan and implementing Imaging 2030.

The board has expanded from four to five directors, integrating Vladislav TCACI, a seasoned investment director at Bpifrance, as the representative. He brings over twelve years of expertise, especially in listed investments. Additionally, the board comprises Samuel SANCERNI, Jean-François GENDRON, Marie-Laurence BORIE, and Julien DELPECH, with InnoLux Corp. and Verso Capital as observers.
