Jon Gidney Appointed as Non-Executive Director at Dexus

On December 17, 2025, Dexus Finance Pty Limited announced the appointment of Jon Gidney to its board as a non-executive director. Mr. Gidney brings over three decades of investment banking experience, having served at J.P. Morgan, Greenhill & Co, and Citi. His expertise spans global capital markets, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and governance.

Currently, Mr. Gidney holds several key positions, including a role on the Australian Takeovers Panel and as Non-Executive Chair of FNZ (APAC) Group of Companies. He also serves as a Director for Cettire Limited and El Calamar Capital Pty Ltd. While his prior ties with Citi, a former advisor to Dexus, currently preclude him from being considered independent, this status will be reassessed in 2026.

Mr. Gidney will join multiple board committees and stand for election at Dexus's Annual General Meeting scheduled for October 28, 2026. Dexus highlights his profound knowledge in real estate and investment banking as vital assets to their governance.
