DEUTZ AG has resolved a capital increase by 10%, utilizing authorized capital with the exclusion of pre-emption rights. This decision was approved by both the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board on September 14, 2026. The increase involves issuing up to 15,263,810 new no-par-value shares, raising the share capital to a potential 167,901,915 shares.

The sales process targets institutional investors through a private placement, employing an accelerated bookbuilding approach. Notably, the placement price and final share quantity will be announced post-process. The new shares will start trading on the Frankfurt and Dusseldorf Stock Exchanges on September 18, 2026.

The resulting funds from this initiative will be used to optimize DEUTZ's capital structure, enhancing financial flexibility for future growth. The company has agreed to a six-month lock-up period for further share issuance, with some standard exemptions.
