Deutsche Rohstoff AG Concludes Share Buyback Ahead of Schedule
Deutsche Rohstoff AG successfully completed its share buyback program earlier than planned. Initially slated to continue until April 2027, the program concluded in less than three and a half months. This buyback involved approximately EUR 7.5 million, acquiring 83,306 shares at an average price of EUR 90.03. Consequently, the number of shares with dividend rights will decrease by 1.7% to 4,706,735.
The Executive Board, authorized by the 2022 Annual General Meeting, aims to repurchase up to 10% of the company's shares. In previous buyback efforts, the company repurchased 109,700 shares in 2024 and 105,697 in 2025, totaling approximately 6.1% of its shares.
CEO Jan-Philipp Weitz emphasized the strategic benefit of share buybacks, noting the increased interest for remaining shareholders. Future buyback programs remain under consideration.
