Deutsche EuroShop Adjusts Revenue and Earnings Forecast for 2026
Deutsche EuroShop has refined its revenue and increased its earnings forecast for the 2026 financial year. Following a re-evaluation based on the current business performance, the company noted a net operating income (NOI) increase by approximately €3 million due to higher rents and minor cost declines.
Additionally, a one-off operating income of about €4 million from released provisions related to land acquisitions positively influenced earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), surpassing initial expectations. The rise in interest income, projected to be €4 million higher than planned, further bolsters the forecasted earnings before tax (EBT).
Therefore, Deutsche EuroShop anticipates exceeding prior forecasts for funds from operations (FFO) for 2026. The updated revenue projection is between €272 to €277 million, with EBIT expected to reach €220 to €225 million.
