Deutsche Beteiligungs AG Revises 2025 Financial Forecast
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) has adjusted its financial forecast for 2025. The company now anticipates a net asset value (NAV) between 625 and 665 million euros, down from the previous range of 665 to 780 million euros. Correspondingly, the NAV per share is expected to be between 35 and 38 euros, a decline from the earlier forecast of 36 to 43 euros. EBITA for Fund Investment Services is now projected to be within 10 to 15 million euros, revised upward from 8 to 13 million euros.
This adjustment is primarily due to challenging macroeconomic conditions that have hindered the execution of value creation strategies and divestments. Despite these challenges, DBAG anticipates positive gross gains and losses from portfolio activities, estimated at 45 to 65 million euros for the entire year. The company is preparing its interim financial statements as of 30 June 2025, with the half-yearly report set to be released on 7 August 2025.
