Derichebourg Discloses Trading in Own Shares
Paris, June 26th, 2025 - Derichebourg has announced the purchase of its own shares between June 16th and 20th, 2025. This action adheres to article 5 §2 of regulation (UE) n°596/2014, with the aim of share cancellation.
During this period, Derichebourg bought a total of 9,175 shares. The daily weighted average price for these transactions was approximately 5.51775 Euros. The purchases were spread across various markets, including AQEU, CCXE, TQEX, and XPAR.
The transactions commenced on June 16th, with a total daily volume of 1,280 shares, ending on June 20th with 2,406 shares acquired. The share prices fluctuated slightly during these days, with the highest recorded on June 16th at 5.63361 Euros.
