BRIEF

on DELTA PLUS GROUP (EPA:DLTA)

Delta Plus Group strengthens its presence in South America with the acquisition of Baspa

Delta Plus Group, a specialist in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), has acquired Baspa, a major player in reusable respiratory masks in Chile. This acquisition is part of its strategy to move upmarket and consolidate its market share in South America.

Based in Santiago, Baspa holds a 40% share of the Chilean market in its segment. With €10 million in revenue, primarily generated in Chile, it boasts higher profitability than Delta Plus Group. Expansion into other PPE markets is planned, leveraging Delta Plus's infrastructure in the region.

The continuity of on-site management and the support of Baspa's founder, Rodrigo A. Dieguez, aim to facilitate integration. Delta Plus continues its efforts to limit the impact of macroeconomic challenges while strengthening its financial structure.
