Delta Plus Group: 2026 half-year results up thanks to acquisitions

Delta Plus Group announced revenues of €196.3 million for the first half of 2026, up 4.5% compared to 2025, thanks to its acquisitions. Although European business declined by 7.1% organically, growth outside Europe reached 5.8%, driven by strong performance in Latin America and improvements in China and North America.

The acquisitions of Baspa, Gevanta, and Athenas contributed to growth, but Europe, particularly France, suffered from a contraction in the construction market. Despite an overall unfavorable exchange rate effect, the situation improved in the second quarter.

The group remains cautious in the face of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which are impacting some of its activities. It anticipates a gradual improvement in the second half of the year, although uncertainties persist.
