Delivery Hero Appoints New Supervisory Board Member

Delivery Hero SE has announced the appointment of Judith Jungmann to its Supervisory Board during the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on June 18. The Berlin-based company, a leader in the local delivery market, saw all its Supervisory Board nominations approved by shareholders, alongside a large shareholder majority for other resolution proposals.

Judith Jungmann joins as a new shareholder representative, succeeding Dr. Martin Enderle, who stepped down after being with the board since 2017. Other members, Scott Ferguson and Dimitrios Tsaousis, were re-elected, ensuring continuity and experience. The AGM involved various key resolutions, including the discharge of the Management Board for 2024, appointment of KPMG as auditor, and the approval of a profit and loss transfer agreement with Delivery Hero MENA Holding GmbH.

The meeting, conducted virtually, reinforced Delivery Hero's strategic focus on growth and profitability. CEO Niklas Östberg thanked Dr. Enderle for his leadership, while Chair Kristin Skogen Lund expressed confidence in the board's guidance during this phase of growth.
