Delivery Hero Appoints John Woyton to Supervisory Board

Delivery Hero has announced the appointment of John Woyton to its Supervisory Board. This decision, effective from September 9, 2026, follows the departure of Scott Ferguson, who left the board to focus on other commitments. Woyton brings over 20 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Kirstin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Supervisory Board, expressed enthusiasm for Woyton's appointment, citing his extensive experience in steering technology businesses through transformation. Woyton will replace Ferguson in his roles on the Audit and Strategy Committees. His career includes stints at The Carlyle Group and Advent International, as well as a co-founding role at Covalent Equity Partners.

Woyton stated his eagerness to contribute to Delivery Hero's evolution in the rapidly changing delivery sector. The company operates in approximately 65 countries and focuses on quick commerce.
