Delisting of Ludwig Beck Shares from Frankfurt and Munich Stock Exchanges
Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck - Textilhaus Feldmeier AG has confirmed the effectiveness of its delisting from the Frankfurt and Munich stock exchanges. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange will cease trading Ludwig Beck shares after August 21, 2026, while the Munich Stock Exchange will do so after August 19, 2026. These changes come following the acceptance period of a mandatory offer and delisting acquisition offer by Bayerische Gewerbebau AG.
Once the delisting takes effect, the company's shares will no longer be tradable on the regulated markets of both stock exchanges. Consequently, post-admission obligations associated with the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will no longer apply. Ludwig Beck shares will thus also be removed from certain regulatory requirements.
