Delfingen makes available the 2025 Universal Registration Document
Delfingen, a global leader in cable protection for the automotive and industrial sectors, filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 28, 2026. This document, registered under number D.26-0299, includes the 2025 annual financial report, the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, information on the fees of the statutory auditors and the description of the share buyback program.
The document is available on Delfingen's website at www.delfingengroup.com, in the media section. Delfingen announced the publication of its first-quarter 2026 revenue on May 5. The family-owned company operates in 20 countries across four continents and focuses on strategic areas such as electrification and connectivity.
