Declaration of Voting Rights of CIS as of December 31, 2025
CIS, based in Marseille, has published a statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its capital as of December 31, 2025. According to this statement, the total number of shares in circulation is 8,041,040, while the total number of voting rights amounts to 13,231,340.
This data is provided in accordance with Articles L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). It allows shareholders to better understand CIS's capital structure.
CIS's next press release, scheduled for January 21, 2026 after market close, will reveal the annual revenue for fiscal year 2025.
