Declaration of voting rights and shares of L'Oréal as of June 30, 2026

The L'Oréal Group has published a press release concerning the composition of its share capital and voting rights as of June 30, 2026. The total share capital comprises 532,386,540 shares. The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, also amounts to 532,386,540. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, remains unchanged, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This declaration is made in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
