Declaration of ENGIE Shares and Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026

ENGIE has published its monthly statement on the total number of shares and voting rights for its share capital as of June 30, 2026, in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The statement indicates that the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 2,542,427,868.

After deducting treasury shares, the number of shares remains at 2,536,442,915. The theoretical number of voting rights, including these shares, reaches 3,361,926,965. After deduction, the exercisable voting rights number 3,355,942,012. Shares registered for more than two years benefit from double voting rights.
