DEAG Bondholders Approve Amendments to Bond Terms
On September 15, 2026, DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG ("DEAG") announced that its bondholders have approved amendments to the bond terms for the corporate bond 2025/2029. The decision followed a written resolution initiated on September 1, 2026, and the approval was facilitated by the Nordic Trustee.
The amendments relate to terms concerning a Change of Control. Consequently, DEAG will provide a one-off payment of 0.10% of the nominal amount of each bond to the bondholders. This approval is crucial for the forthcoming cash capital increase by Apeiron Investment Group Ltd., which will proceed without the pre-emptive rights of existing shareholders.
Further information regarding DEAG's bonds is available on the company's corporate website. DEAG, founded in 1978 and headquartered in Berlin, operates extensively across European markets, focusing on Live Entertainment, Ticketing, and Entertainment Services.
