Le groupe Vanguard a déposé une déclaration relative à sa participation dans DCC plc, conformément à la règle 8.3 de la loi irlandaise sur les offres publiques d'acquisition (Irish Takeover Panel Act). Au 1er juin 2026, Vanguard détenait une participation importante dans DCC, soit 5 022 859 actions, représentant 5,88 % du capital social.
Cette position est exclusivement composée d'actions ordinaires détenues directement, sans aucun instrument dérivé réglé en espèces ou en actions. Le document détaille également les transactions récentes, notamment l'achat de 2 276 actions à différents prix et la vente de 4 235 actions, le tout en livres sterling (GBP).
D'après le formulaire, il n'existe aucun accord d'indemnisation, aucune opération sur produits dérivés ni aucun autre arrangement relatif aux titres de DCC. Cela simplifie la position de Vanguard en tant qu'actionnaire direct de DCC plc.
