DBV Technologies: Thresholds crossed by JP Morgan
On October 13, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. indirectly crossed the 10% threshold of DBV Technologies' share capital and voting rights. According to the statement received on October 16, JP Morgan now holds 42,055,829 shares, representing 13.38% of the share capital.
This crossing of the threshold results from an increase in shares held by assimilation. The subsidiaries JP Morgan Securities LLC and plc own 11.99% and 1.39% of the capital respectively.
The shares held are based on contracts that permit their use without any intention of influencing the management of DBV Technologies. JP Morgan presents itself as a facilitator for its clients without any aim of control.
JP Morgan clarifies that it is not seeking to appoint representatives to the board of DBV Technologies and does not intend to change the current capital structure.
