Stock price chart of DBV TECHNOLOGIES (EPA:DBV) showing fluctuations.

On July 30, 2026, DBV Technologies, a late-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced the sale of approximately $50 million in American Depositary Shares (ADSs) through its At-The-Market (ATM) program on Nasdaq. The program, established in September 2025, facilitates the issuance and sale of new ordinary shares in the form of ADSs, with RA Capital Management, L.P. being the purchaser through Citizens JMP Securities, LLC.

The sale involves issuing 18,288,220 new ordinary shares, represented by 3,657,644 new ADSs. Each ADS corresponds to five ordinary shares, priced at $13.67 per ADS. This issuance is expected to cause a dilution of approximately 5.82% upon completion. The newly issued shares will start trading on Nasdaq and Euronext Paris on August 3, 2026.

The capital raised supports DBV Technologies' ongoing efforts in developing treatment options for food allergies, particularly through its VIASKIN® Peanut Patch. The offering was facilitated under exemptions provided in EU and French regulations, negating the need for a prospectus.
