JP Morgan exceeds 10% of DBV Technologies' capital
On September 17, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the 10% threshold of DBV Technologies' share capital and voting rights. The company now holds 44,262,797 shares, representing 14.08% of the share capital. This increase resulted from a share acquisition by assimilation.
JP Morgan Securities LLC, one of its subsidiaries, also crossed these thresholds. The group primarily holds these shares through custody contracts and equity swaps, exercised until 2031.
JP Morgan stated that it is acting primarily in the interests of its clients as a broker. It has no intention of acquiring control of DBV Technologies or influencing its management. No specific strategy regarding the issuer is under consideration.
