On January 8, 2026, DBV Technologies informed the public that EPIC Bpifrance, through Bpifrance Participations and Bpifrance Investissement, had crossed below the 5% threshold of DBV Technologies' share capital and voting rights. This transaction took place on January 5, 2026.
EPIC Bpifrance now holds, directly and indirectly, 10,898,595 shares, representing 4.69% of the share capital and voting rights. This decrease results from the increase in the total number of shares and voting rights of DBV Technologies.
Bpifrance Participations, a party to this declaration, has also individually crossed these thresholds downwards. This crossing indicates a reorganization of the investment structure around DBV Technologies.
