DBV Technologies Files Addendum to 2024 Registration Document
On June 3, 2025, DBV Technologies announced the filing of an addendum to its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the French market authority, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This update pertains to the Board of Directors' Corporate Governance Report, specifically regarding the exceptional compensation granted to the CEO during the meeting on April 30, 2025. Approval for this compensation will be sought at the Annual Combined General Meeting on June 11, 2025.
