The acquisition, effective October 1, 2026, adds approximately €2 million in annual revenue, aligning with D.A.T.E.'s profitability standards. This marks the first achievement of D.A.T.E.'s external growth strategy, initiated during its IPO, aimed at broadening its industrial reach.

SOFILEMA-NMGP, based in Argenteuil, operates in civil and military aerospace sectors, providing precision engineering and machining services. This acquisition aids in vertical integration, allowing D.A.T.E. to internalize previously outsourced activities and improve project execution control.

Key clients like Safran and Air France Industries highlight the strategic value of this acquisition. The transaction is fully self-financed, reflecting D.A.T.E.'s commitment to strategic growth and commercial expansion.
