This decision means that Datametrex will not be filing interim financial statements for three-month periods ending June 30 and December 31, streamlining its financial disclosure process.

The company's financial year concludes on March 31. It will now focus on providing reports for the six-month period ending September 30 and the fiscal year-end on March 31.
