DATAGROUP Adjusts Forecast Due to Strategic Investments
Pliezhausen, August 13, 2026 – DATAGROUP SE has revised its financial forecast for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. In a challenging market environment, revenue is projected to remain flat, estimated between EUR 565 million and EUR 575 million, similar to the previous year's EUR 566 million. Earnings, however, are anticipated to decline due to strategic initiatives.
The company has adjusted its EBITDA expectation to EUR 71-74 million, down from last year's EUR 84.1 million. EBIT is also expected to drop to EUR 33-36 million from EUR 47.3 million in the prior year. This adjustment is largely attributed to one-time costs of EUR 10-11 million associated with strategic growth-oriented measures.
These investments, despite affecting short-term earnings, aim to foster long-term growth amid a steady revenue outlook, ensuring DATAGROUP's position in the IT service sector.
