Dassault Aviation: Share and voting rights balance sheet as of May 31, 2026
Dassault Aviation recently published figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with the requirements of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of May 31, 2026, the share capital of the company, based in Saint-Cloud, amounted to €62,170,196.80.
The total number of shares comprising its share capital is 77,712,746. The total number of voting rights is divided into theoretical and exercisable voting rights. Theoretical voting rights amount to 129,925,709, while exercisable voting rights total 129,620,961.
