Dassault Aviation Reduces Capital by Cancelling Treasury Shares

On July 22, 2026, Dassault Aviation's Board of Directors decided to reduce the company's share capital by cancelling 519,137 treasury shares. These shares represent 0.67% of the company's total share capital. This decision was made under the authorization of the Combined General Meeting held on May 13, 2026.
