Danone: Update on voting rights and shares

Danone, a public limited company with share capital of €170,348,620.75, headquartered in Paris, has disclosed information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with legal requirements. As of November 30, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 681,394,483.

The number of theoretical voting rights, used as the basis for calculating threshold crossings, is 721,569,060. This figure includes shares without voting rights, according to AMF regulations. Furthermore, the number of exercisable voting rights, excluding these shares, stands at 684,158,643.

This information, in accordance with the recommendations of the AMF, aims to ensure transparency for the public and investors.
