Danone Discloses Voting Rights and Shares Data

Danone, a French société anonyme with a capital of €170,348,620.75, has published information regarding its total number of voting rights and shares. This disclosure complies with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of November 30, 2025, Danone reports having a total of 681,394,483 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 721,569,060. Meanwhile, the total number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 684,158,643. These figures reflect shares with and without suspended voting rights, aligning with AMF regulations.

The gross figure is used for calculating shareholding thresholds, while the net figure excludes suspended rights for accurate public information, following AMF recommendations.
