Damartex voting rights status as of March 31, 2026
The Damartex Group, based in Roubaix, has released its monthly information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2026. The company's share capital consists of 11,598,300 shares. Gross voting rights amount to 15,724,034.
After deducting shares without voting rights, the total number of net voting rights is set at 15,405,008. This update is in line with the financial transparency obligations imposed by the Financial Markets Authority, in accordance with Article 223-16 of its regulations.
