Damartex is renewing its governance and preparing a strategic review

Damartex announces the appointment of Anne-Sylvie Hubert as Chair of the Management Board and Filiep Blontrock as Chief Executive Officer. This new leadership team is tasked with the strategic review of its brand portfolio in a context of disrupted markets.

Anne-Sylvie Hubert, former Chief Financial Officer of Kiabi, succeeds Nicolas Marchand, who has left to pursue new projects. Filiep Blontrock, with 30 years of experience in retail, becomes Chief Executive Officer. Together, they are undertaking a thorough analysis of the Group's activities to improve consistency and reduce debt.

The transition will be supported by the executive committee. The next steps for Damartex will be revealed in September, during the presentation of the annual results.
