The Roubaix-based DAMARTEX group has published its monthly data on the total number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025. This information complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
DAMARTEX's share capital consists of 11,598,300 shares. The gross voting rights total 21,346,291, while the net voting rights, after deduction of shares without voting rights, amount to 21,002,164.
