DAMARTEX: Update of voting rights as of June 30, 2025

Roubaix-based DAMARTEX has published its monthly information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2025. The company, which operates under a Management Board and a Supervisory Board, reported a share capital of 11,598,300 shares. This figure reflects the company's current listed structure. With a capital of €57,991,500, these shares translate into a gross total of 21,347,041 voting rights.

It should be noted that the total net voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, amounts to 21,004,062. This data is communicated in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, guaranteeing transparency and compliance.
