Dalata Hotel Group: Goldman Sachs Reduces Voting Stake
The Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced a change in its major holdings. As per the latest notification, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has adjusted its voting rights in the company. On November 5, 2025, Goldman Sachs, through its subsidiary, crossed the 6% threshold in voting stakes, altering its previous position.
The current breakdown shows Goldman Sachs controlling 4.15% of voting rights directly through shares, while financial instruments account for an additional 1.61%. This brings the total to 5.76%, down from the previous 6.01% as a result of adjusted holdings.
This change reflects a decrease in both direct and indirect control over Dalata, the largest hotel operator in Ireland. The update will also be sent to the Central Bank of Ireland as per regulatory requirements.
