Dalata Hotel Group PLC : Changement de participation majoritaire
Le groupe hôtelier Dalata PLC a récemment annoncé une modification de son actionnariat majoritaire. Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. a ajusté sa position, réduisant ses droits de vote dans Dalata à 3,94 %, contre 4,02 % auparavant. Ce changement porte le total des droits de vote, y compris les positions détenues via des instruments financiers, à 4,75 %.
La transaction, datée du 9 juin 2025, a permis à Goldman Sachs International de détenir des droits de vote indirects représentant 8 341 953 actions. De plus, un total de 229 224 droits de vote sont détenus via des instruments financiers, soit 0,11 % des actions, comprenant plusieurs contrats de swap à échéance variable jusqu'en 2035.
Cet ajustement de l'actionnariat s'inscrit dans le cadre de la gestion financière courante de Goldman Sachs. Ce changement a été officiellement notifié à Dalata Hotel Group PLC le 11 juin 2025.
